This was my first time coming to Elements, and I wanted quite a drastic hair cut and I could not be happier with the results! Emma was so knowledgeable, understanding exactly what I wanted from my reference photos whilst also taking into account my hair type and face shape (something that many other hairdressers seem to ignore when I bring in photos)- and she was so excited and enthusiastic about my new look, it just made the whole experience wonderful! I won’t be going anywhere else, this is the first time in a long time I’ve actually liked my hair after a hair cut! Thank you so much Emma

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Emma! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Emma is such a pleasant and lovely person, and her attention to detail is exceptional. What impressed me most was her communication throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered expert advice on both my haircut and color. The whole experience was incredibly relaxed, and I found myself chatting easily with her – which is unusual for me as I'm not typically a big talker! Emma just has that warm, friendly nature that puts you completely at ease. I trusted her judgment completely with my hair style and color, and I'm so glad I did. She truly knows what she's doing and has a real talent for bringing out the best in her clients.
